1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FarmiAI and Farmi Market website and application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. FarmiAI is a brand of Chopsome LTD.
2. Marketplace Rules
Farmi Market is a digital platform connecting farmers, agricultural businesses (Sellers), and Buyers. We provide the infrastructure for listings and secure payments through Paystack, but we do not take physical possession of the goods sold.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, prices, and seller ratings before purchase. All payments must be made through the Farmi Market secure checkout system.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and fair pricing for their products. Sellers are solely responsible for the fulfillment, quality, and delivery of orders to the buyer.
5. Payments & Pricing
Prices are determined solely by the individual Sellers. The total price (including shipping) is displayed before checkout. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Farmi Market does not store credit card details.
6. Prohibited Items
The marketplace is strictly for agricultural and related products. Prohibited items include illegal substances, hazardous materials not intended for farm use, and any products that violate local laws.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly fail to fulfill orders as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chopsome LTD or FarmiAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the marketplace, including crop loss or transaction disputes between users.
