Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the seller has initiated shipment. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled unless the individual seller explicitly agrees to the cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of each order and the individual seller's policy. Generally, buyers are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The item is significantly different from its description on the marketplace.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item was never delivered by the seller.
3. Reporting Issues
Buyers must report any issues with their order to the seller within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Please provide photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Dispute Resolution
Farmi Market acts as a mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers. If you and the seller cannot reach an agreement regarding a refund or replacement, Farmi Market will review the case and make a final determination based on provided evidence.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the buyer through the original payment method used during checkout (via Paystack). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once processed.
