Farmi Market is a marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their products to the specified delivery address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the seller's processing time and the geographic location of both the buyer and the seller. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process when available. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Tracking & Updates
Once an order is dispatched, buyers will receive updates via the platform or email. While Farmi Market facilitates communication, specific tracking numbers are provided by the individual sellers or their logistics partners.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the seller based on weight, volume, and destination. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed as a separate line item before you confirm your payment on the Paystack checkout screen.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the seller directly through the Farmi Market dashboard. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, you may escalate the matter to Farmi Market support at social@farmi-ai.com.
